Fundraiser FAQs
When should we schedule our fundraiser?
We recommend scheduling at least 3 weeks in advance. Events run from open to close. Available days vary by location. Each organization may hold one fundraiser per 6-month period.
Which orders count toward our fundraiser?
Only dine-in and carryout orders are accepted. Supporters must show a paper or digital fundraiser flyer to the cashier on the day of the event.
When will our organization receive its check?
We'll send the fundraiser check within 30 days of your event. Provide your organization's mailing address and legal payee name when applying. Checks are made payable to organizations, not individuals.
How should we promote our event?
Share your flyer ahead of time through your community, social media, and email. Please do not solicit customers as they enter the restaurant on your fundraiser day. Doing so could result in cancellation of your fundraiser.
